Gail Bowden handles sale of former Primo! Restaurante property
Sarasota, Fla. (December 1, 2022) – SVN Commercial Advisory Group has managed the sale of two parcels at 8076 N. Tamiami Trail in Sarasota, Fla., one of which was the site of a popular Italian-themed restaurant. Primo! Ristorante has been a community landmark on that property for the past 36 years. Built in 1953, the restaurant building contains more than 11,500 square feet, including an expansive dining area. Also included is a wood-fired oven, a private entertainment room and an outdoor seating area.
A residential home sits on the property’s second parcel. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom house was built in 1950.
