SVN Commercial Advisory Group manages deal for newly built center, leased by Starbucks, Heartland Dental
Apopka, Fla. – Senior Advisors Matt Fenske and Tony Veldkamp, CCIM, with SVN Commercial Advisory Group, have closed on a $5.6 million deal for a retail property that contains a Starbucks and Heartland Dental.
The multi-tenant property at 1560 Rock Springs Road in Apopka, Fla., includes a 6,774-square-foot building with a drive-through lane that was built this year.
Fenske and Veldkamp represented the buyer, Sarasota, Fla.-based MJE Property Investment Group, LLC. The seller was WMG Acquisitions, LLC.
A city of about 55,000 on the outskirts of Orlando, Apopka has seen strong commercial growth in recent years, with more expected as several projects are underway. The retail tenants already in place helped make the property an attractive investment opportunity.
“The buyer was drawn to this asset due to the strength of the two tenants and the new long-term leases they have in place,” Fenske said. “The location for these businesses is exceptional, with a Publix-anchored shopping center right across the street and a steady stream of traffic.”
