Agreement worth more than $4 million in Port Charlotte
Mike Migone, CCIM and Mary O’Malley, CCIM, of SVN | Commercial Advisory Group have successfully brokered a 10-year lease agreement for Elegance Plaza in Port Charlotte, FL. Valued at more than $4 million, the lease will see Sanitas Medical Center occupy the entire plaza at 14560 Chancellor Blvd.
The advisors from SVN Commercial Advisory Group represented the owner, Select Properties of Florida, Inc. Elegance Plaza was initially designed to accommodate nine tenants.

The visibility here, adjacent to the busy Wawa, is ideal.”
Sanitas Medical Center operates facilites in Florida, Tennessee, and New Jersey. This will be its eighth Florida location.
Stevens Construction and Select Properties of Florida completed Elegance Plaza in 2023. The single-story building contains more than 15,000 square feet. This ample space will help provide medical services to the community’s aging population.
“The median age in Port Charlotte is above 55, ensuring a steady demand for healthcare services,” Migone added. “Having such a prominent complex in a heavily traveled section of town will provide a real benefit to this community. We’re happy to be a part of it.”
