On Monday, October 24, 2022 SVN Commercial Advisory Group participated in the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota & Manatee’s (RASM) Commercial Real Estate Alliance (CREA) Golf Tournament in support of a local charity. This was the 21st year of this event being held.
Sara Bay Golf and Country Club hosted the event and it played on a Donald-Ross designed course. This year, CREA chose Habitat for Humanity Sarasota as the main benefactor. Habitat for Humanity Sarasota has built affordable homes in Sarasota, FL for the past thirty-five years. Their critical home repair program is a resource for homeowners that need help with aging in place, modifications and repairs to remove health and safety barriers. Through their affordable housing and critical home repair programs, they have helped 400 families improve their living conditions.
Peter Bartys, Ryan Edwards, Matt Fenske, and Brad Lindberg represented SVN Commercial Advisory Group well. The foursome had a strong showing finishing tied for third place.
