The seller was Garfair Inc & Penn Cash, LLC. The buyer was Connect 5, LLC. The purchase price for this downtown block was $2,350,000.
“I have represented these owners for many years, and we never listed the property for sale. A nearby property owner had been eyeing the property for over 2 years and the timing and price were finally right,” said Varga, concerning the sale.
The new owner is utilizing the purchase to expand his footprint as a property owner in the downtown urban core of Bradenton.
