Cuviello will join Senior Advisor Gail Bowden and Advisor Mark Bower as a member of their Global Medical team specializing in medical sales and leasing, as well as other transactions.
His unique background makes him an excellent addition to the firm’s medical team as Associate Advisor. Prior to joining SVN, Cuviello co-founded and played a pivotal role in establishing a successful healthcare recruiting and staffing firm in Buffalo, NY. During this tenure, he acquired contracts with healthcare and hospital systems nationwide. This unique experience within the healthcare sector gives Cuviello valuable insight into the clients he will be working with.
Upon relocating to Key West, Cuviello transitioned into the world of real estate and commercial property management. In this role, he oversaw and managed a diverse portfolio of condominiums, homeowners associations, and various commercial properties across the island. He also gained valuable experience in commercial leasing, residential leasing, and sales throughout the lower keys, setting him up for a career in commercial real estate.
