SARASOTA, Fla. (December, 21 2018) – Senior advisor Mike Migone, CCIM, of SVN Commercial Advisory Group recently coordinated the sale of 1.4 acres of land and retail space at 5020 Fruitville Road in Sarasota, Fla. James and Candice Hunter, were the sellers. The buyer, undisclosed, was represented by Migone. Purchase price was $1.075 million.
“The buyer had an interest in this property due to its great location and visibility on Fruitville Road. They are planning to redevelop the property in 2019,” said Migone about the sale. The land currently contains a restaurant but will be reveloping to fit the buyer’s needs.
