Keating’s journey to commercial real estate came naturally while working hands-on in the construction and renovation of high-end commercial properties in New York City. His portfolio includes remarkable achievements such as overseeing the multi-floor restack of the 7 World Trade Center, and other experiences involving iconic properties such as the Black Rock Building, Bloomberg LP Corporate Headquarters, and the Grand Hyatt in Manhattan. These experiences seamlessly transitioned him into the real of commercial advisory.
His early career in commercial construction and renovation also involved relocating the tenants during these projects, giving him a deep understanding of their needs and expectations. Keating’s clients benefit greatly from this experience as he is able to provide expert guidance during transitional periods.
Throughout his commercial real estate career, Keating has skillfully managed diverse transactions including office building sales in Manhattan, Church & Non-Profit acquisitions, land sales, investment sales, and leasing. As he relocates to the Sarasota area, Keating has already secured significant listings, kicking off with a 300-acre development opportunity located in Myakka City.
