Sid Bhatt, CCIM, SIOR Achieves SIOR Designation from Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®
Sarasota, Florida (May 6, 2022) — Sid Bhatt, CCIM, SIOR of SVN Commercial Advisory Group has achieved the SIOR industrial designation. This designation was awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®. SIOR is a Washington, DC-based international professional organization. Bhatt becomes one of more than 3,200 commercial real estate professionals who have earned the coveted SIOR designation.
To achieve the SIOR designation, Bhatt, SIOR completed at least five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of industrial real estate. He also met stringent education requirements; and demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity. Individuals who hold the SIOR designation are top producers in the commercial real estate field. They also represent more than 685 cities in 36 countries around the world. SIOR enforces a strict code of ethics and requires designees to complete their ethics course.
Bhatt, who focuses on strategizing and penetrating key markets in single & multi-tenant assets through his relationships, maintains continuous connections with domestic and overseas high-net-worth individuals. Mr. Bhatt holds an MBA from Fordham University, NY, and a Certificate of Professional Development from the University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School. Mr. Bhatt received the coveted CCIM designation in 2010 prior to obtaining his SIOR designation.
