SARASOTA — The Premier Surgery Center was sold last week for $4.43 million.
The majority tenant partner at the 20,475-square-foot building at 983 S. Beneva Road is National Surgery Center Holdings, a subsidiary of Tenet Healthcare Corp.
The seller was 983 South Beneva LLC, a Naples company headed by David R. Goduti.
The medical facility has six operating rooms, said Bob Morris, a senior adviser with SVN Commercial Advisory Group who represented the buyer.
“Our clients are exceptional investors,” Morris said. “It provides the new facility operator significant opportunity for growth in both the number of procedures performed and revenue.”
