(October 8, 2019) – Senior Advisor, Peter Bartys of SVN Commercial Advisory Group recently coordinated the Sale of the 5-Unit “Poet Carriage House” in the Historic Laurel Park District of Downtown Sarasota. 525 Rawls Inc., was the Seller, represented by Bartys. The Buyer was Mark Karch who was represented by Tim Bloch of Quest Properties. Purchase price was $767,500 partly financed with a 1031 Exchange.
“There is a high demand for multifamily, income producing properties in the area. That, mixed with the history behind the asset, led the Buyer to purchase.” Said Bartys, concerning the sale.
The buyer plans to keep the property as is.
