SVN offices in Sunshine State set a record with a combined gross volume of more than $1 billion
Boynton Beach, Florida (Feb. 18, 2020) – Mike Migone, CCIM, is the top-performing advisor in SVN’s Florida rankings for 2019. In addition, SVN Commercial Advisory Group, with locations in Sarasota and Bradenton, took top honors as the highest-performing office in the state.
Of note, the combined gross volume of the more than 10 independently owned and operated offices throughout the state was more than $1 billion. This is the highest total since SVN established a presence in Florida in 2008
“Our presence throughout Florida continued to grow last year thanks to the additions of SVN Saunders, Ralston and Dantzler in the Lakeland area, SVN First Coast in Jacksonville and SVN Coastal in Tampa,” said Jerry Anderson, SVN Florida Executive Managing Director. “In addition, a number of the offices continued to expand their presence and add team members — all of which are positive developments for the clients we serve.”
