SVN Commercial Advisory Group coordinates 4.8-million-dollar sale of iconic Sarasota office building
SARASOTA, Fla. (April 20, 2018) — Senior investment advisor Diane Lawson, CCIM, of SVN Commercial Advisory Group, coordinated the sale of an iconic office building renowned for its modern design, located at 4440 Fruitville Road, for $4.8 million.
The 23,178-square-foot office building, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and a conference room with Ferrari red floors. The building earned multiple awards from the American Institute of Architects, including “Best Modern Building in Florida” from the AIA Tampa Bay Chapter and AIA State of Florida Design Award of Excellence.
“This is a former corporate headquarters in a highly desirable area near downtown Sarasota,” said Lawson, who specializes in the sales and lease of office and retail spaces. “The office demand in Sarasota has been especially strong in recent years. The demand and short supply are driving the market.”
Lawson of SVN Commercial Advisory Group represented the seller, Orr Enterprises of SRQ, LLC. The transaction closed last week.
