SVN Commercial Advisory Group manages sale of Shoppes at Summerfield Crossing
Riverview, Fla. (June 8, 2022) – Matt Fenske and Tony Veldkamp, CCIM, of SVN Commercial Advisory Group have managed the $4.35 million sale of a multi-tenant retail plaza known as the Shoppes at Summerfield Crossing.
The 6,875 square foot property located at 13012 South US-301, Riverview, FL consists of three retail suites. Fenske and Veldkamp helped facilitate the transaction for buyer MHLJE, LLC. This is the second multi-tenant retail property that the investment group has purchased in the past 6 months. They are actively looking to expand their portfolio with high-quality assets in the greater Tampa Bay region.
The current tenants in the retail plaza include Moe’s Southwest Grill, Encore Nail Bar and Dental Care Alliance. The buying entity found this property attractive due to it being a newer building with long-term triple-net leases in place.
“Right now, capitalization rates are down due to a multitude of factors, one of which being the limited multi-tenant retail inventory for sale,” said Fenske. “We were fortunate to find this property in a great location for our client. They were able to purchase this property while the interest rate climate was still relatively favorable.”
