Venice, Fla. (September 2, 2021) – Senior advisor Angela Varga, of SVN Commercial Advisory Group recently coordinated the sale of a 5,500 SF medical office building at 842 Sunset Lake Boulevard in Venice. The seller was Gulf Coast Urology Properties, LLP. The buyer was Catic Exchange LLC, Intermediary for Rynik Properties Saratoga Springs LLC. The purchase price was $1,600,000.
The property was bought as a sale-leaseback with the seller staying in place as a tenant with a five-year lease. Catic Exchange LLC, which operates outside of Florida, bought the property as an investment with a 1031 exchange.
