Joining SVN in 2018, Fenske quickly ascended the ranks, earning his first promotion to Advisor within his first 10 months. Now, in 2024, his exceptional performance and leadership culminate in his latest promotion to Senior Advisor, a testament to his remarkable dedication and invaluable contributions to the firm.
Working alongside Senior Advisor, Tony Veldkamp, CCIM on the Veldkamp Team, Fenske specializes in land, retail, office, and industrial sales, offering strategic guidance to clients of all kinds
“Matt has done a really amazing job since joining the team in 2018. His knowledge of land use issues and the land development process, as well as his success with income producing investment properties, is a testament to his hard work and dedication for our clients. I’m very proud of all that he has accomplished and achieved since joining SVN,” shared Veldkamp.
The pair closed over $25 million in total deal value in 2023, with multimillion dollar deals ranging from Englewood to Parrish, solidifying their reputation as leaders in the Sarasota/Manatee commercial real estate landscape.
