Leading Law Firm stays in Downtown Sarasota

Sarasota, Fla. (July 18, 2022) – Diane Lawson, CCIM, Senior Investment Advisor for SVN Commercial Advisory Group, assisted in managing the 35,000 square-foot office lease at 50 Central Avenue. Landlord, Five Points Sarasota Investors, will lease the property to Williams Parker Law Firm, which specializes in trusts and estates practices, top-tier real estate, business, tax, employment, litigation, healthcare, and intellectual property practices. Currently, Williams Parker is operating from 200 South Orange Street. They have held this location for 50 years by the time of this article.

With this transition, the firm is expanding its space by moving half a mile northwest, “continu[ing] the firm’s growth trajectory”. They plan to begin their 15-year lease sometime in the midst of the second quarter of 2023. In negotiations, Diane Lawson, CCIM with SVN Commercial Advisory Group, represented the landlord alongside JLL. Conversely, Newmark Commercial Realty represented Williams Parker.
