The seller was The J.O William Lindberg Trust U/A. The buyer was HCH Properties, Inc. Brad represented the seller, while Re/Max Alliance Group represented the buyer. The purchase price was $2,475,000.
The industrial property in Sarasota currently leases the full interior space to Jumpin Fun, a “spacious indoor inflatable theme park with games, activities & kids’ sessions.” The new owner will take over as landlord and use the property as an investment.
