Englewood, FLA. (December 22, 2023) – Advisors from SVN Commercial Advisory Group recently managed the $3.7 million sale of a retail building in Englewood, Fla. Located at 2761 S. McCall Road, the plaza contains 5,625 square feet and houses tenants Aspen Dental and AT&T.
Matt Fenske and Tony Veldkamp, CCIM, of SVN Commercial Advisory Group represented the buyer, MJE Property Investment Group, LLC. The seller was Corta Englewood, LLC.
The strategic positioning of this retail building on McCall Road, a major thoroughfare in Englewood, is expected to provide high visibility for the tenants and easy access for their customers.
“This is an attractive investment, given the location and strong lease agreements already in place,” said Fenske, and advisor with the Sarasota-based firm. “The building fronts a well-traveled corridor in the Englewood market, which is a stable and growing area. It’s great placement for both of these high recognizable businesses, which should do very well there.”
