Sarasota, Fla. (January 14, 2020) – Advisor Matt Fenske and Senior Advisor Tony Veldkamp, CCIM of SVN Commercial Advisory Group recently coordinated the sale of a 2,250 SF industrial flex asset at 6646 26th Ct. East in Sarasota, FLA. Happy Friday 6646, LLC was the seller. ENCI Construction, Inc. was the buyer. Dale Wanting with Prime Commercial represented the seller. Fenske and Veldkamp represented the buyer. Purchase price was $240,000.

“Flex-warehouse units are in very high demand in Manatee and Sarasota Counties. The Whitfield area continues to be very strong for this type of building due to its proximity to the airport, interstate and central location between Sarasota and Bradenton,” Said Fenske, concerning the deal. “The majority of ENCI’s clients are in downtown Sarasota, so this unit is in a central location for them. We were able to close the deal from contract to close in less than 30 days.”

ENCI Construction is a general contractor specializing in commercial interior buildouts. They plan to use the asset for their offices and storage of materials.
