(September 9, 2019) – Senior advisor Mike Migone, CCIM, of SVN Commercial Advisory Group recently coordinated the land sale of a 2 acre, 44-unit Mobile Home Park at 3708 Manatee Avenue West, in Bradenton. Alfred Wiesbauer, was the seller. Horne Development LLC, was the buyer. Migone represented the seller. Purchase price was $1,950,000.
Horne Development plans to redevelopment the land into a climate controlled, self-storage facility.
“This was one of very few 2 acre parcels left on Manatee Avenue, which poised it nicely to sell.” Said Migone, concerning the property. “The mix of residential and commercial development surrounding the property, makes it ideal for self-storage use.”
