SVN Commercial Advisory Group’s Summer 2026 Internship Program isn’t about shadowing or busywork. It’s a 7-week intensive where you’ll work on actual client projects, master industry-standard tools, and contribute to real deals happening in Southwest Florida’s dynamic commercial real estate market.

What You’ll Actually Do
Our program is structured around progressive responsibility and real business contribution:
- Master Industry Tools: Get hands-on training with CoStar, Crexi, SunBiz, and AI integration platforms that CRE professionals use daily.
- Conduct Market Analysis: Research and analyze real market data for active client projects—your work will inform actual investment and leasing decisions.
- Support Live Transactions: Contribute to property marketing, tenant representation, and sale assignments happening in real time.
- Progress to Independence: Start with foundational training, advance to independent project work, and finish with presentations showcasing your business contributions to SVN leadership.
Who We’re Looking For
Current college students who meet these criteria:
- Located in the Southwest or Central Florida area
- Strong interest in commercial real estate or finance careers
- Analytical and research skills—you enjoy digging into data and drawing insights
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects
- Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn new technology quickly
- Curiosity about how deals get done and businesses grow
Ideal candidates are motivated, tech-savvy, and eager to contribute meaningfully rather than just complete assignments. You’re looking for real-world experience that teaches you how commercial real estate actually works—not typical internship busywork.
