Cabinet company, business brokerage will occupy Gatewood Corporate Center warehouse after build out
Bradenton, FL (February 22, 2024) – Peter Bartys, Senior Investment Advisor for SVN | Commercial Advisory Group, has successfully closed the $1.2 million sale of an industrial property in the Lakewood Ranch area of Bradenton, Fla.
The recent deal includes Unit 105 of a warehouse building at 3025 Lakewood Ranch Blvd. The facility contains 5,776 square feet of industrial condominium shell space.
Bartys represented the buyer, 3025 LWRB 105, LLC. The seller was ASC Global, Inc., a real estate investment and development company with several holdings in Florida.
