This marks their second purchase in Sarasota, following their acquisition of 1064 N Orange last December. With strategic location near the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport and a high-quality building with four separate 5,000+ square feet air-conditioned units, this asset made for a valuable addition to their portfolio as they look to purchase quality industrial properties in Southwest Florida.
According to Migone, Tall Ho LLC’s recent acquisition in the Sarasota industrial market represents the rapid growth and investment into the area. Despite higher interest rates and inflated supply costs, the Sarasota/Bradenton markets continue to see great demand for leasable space.
In his role representing the seller, Migone also successfully secured tenants for the available units, delivering a fully leased property to create more appeal and value for the potential buyer.
