The seller was TSHSTB LLC. The buyer was Rocu Enterprises, LLC, a dental practice. Purchase price was $1,800,000. Migone represented the seller.
The principal buyers for this property, Dr. Ruth and Dr. Javier Rojas of Rocu Enterprises, LLC, purchased this property to relocate Dr. Ruth Roja’s dental practice from its current location a few blocks South. Prior to moving into the building, they plan to refurbish the structure, which was originally built in 1965.
“The Roja’s had been searching for the right property for over a year before this opportunity became available. It’s the perfect location for their existing client base as well as better visibility with the Tamiami Trail frontage.” Said Migone, concerning the deal.
