Advisors work together in a rare joint listing to sell the property
Sarasota, Fla. (August 5, 2021) – Senior Advisor, Tony Veldkamp, CCIM, and Advisor, Matt Fenske of SVN Commercial Advisory Group have managed the sale of a 5,000 SF, two-unit medical office building. The property, located in Braden River Office Park, was purchased by VVS, LLC. The seller was 48th Street Court East Properties, LLC. Tony and Matt, along with Cyndi Myers and Diane Lee with Wagner Realty represented the seller. Carlos Caicedo with ReMax Park Creek represented the buyer.
“There is a high demand for good quality, well-maintained medical office. We have many buyers looking and actually need more inventory,” said Veldkamp, concerning the deal. “The transaction went very smoothly. We were able to locate an investor out of Miami using the reach of the SVN national network.”
VVS, LLC plans to use the property as a continued leased investment.
