Osprey, Fla. (July 26, 2021) – Senior advisor Peter Bartys, of SVN Commercial Advisory Group recently coordinated the sale of three commercial units at Destination Drive in Osprey, FL. Bartys represented the buyer of units A522 & A523 and represented both seller and buyer for units A512, A513, and A-211. The total transaction value was $833,000.
“The local demographics are excellent and the interest in commercial, professional, and retail space at Destination Drive has increased with the announcement of the final phase of the Bay Street Development of some 250 Multifamily units,” added Bartys concerning the three transactions.
Units A522 & A523 will be converted into a Physical Therapy Office. Units A512 & A513 will operate as a high-end Jewelry Store. Unit A211 will operate as a Flower Shop.
