Peter Bartys with SVN Commercial Advisory Group completed two leasing transactions recently within the University Parkway industrial complexes he manages for the Landlord: Yonker Investments.  Contract Furnishings leased ffice/industrial flex space located at 1637 West University Parkway and Gulf Coast Kitchens, II leased a unit located at 1639 West University Parkway.

James & Carol Chapman recently purchased a 2,812-square-foot office building at 2411 57th Avenue West in Bradenton from Regions Bank.  This freestanding building on a half-acre was purchased for $128,000.  Michael Gallatin with the SVN Commercial Advisory Group handled the transaction.  The Chapman’s purchased this property as an investment and currently Linda Emery and Bruce Dilges, also with the SVN, have this building for lease at $10 per square foot modified gross lease rate.

The Jenny W. Williams Revocable Trust recently purchased property located at 650 U.S. Highway 27 in Sebring, Florida from the Tromble Land Company, LLC.  The 1.4-acre property is subject to a Taco Bell ground lease for a 2,800-square-foot quick service restaurant.  The sale price was $635,000.  Sam Nasrallah with Charles Wayne Properties represented the Buyer and Clint Conway with the SVN Commercial Advisory Group’s Sarasota office represented the Seller.

Manatee Memorial Hospital recently signed a lease for 3,847-square-feet located at 5225 Manatee Avenue West in Bradenton with the Landlord; Prudential Holdings LLC.  Don Lewis with Re/Max Alliance Group represented the landlord while Debra Cooper with the SVN Commercial Advisory Group’s Bradenton office represented the hospital.
