The Center for Revitalizing Psychiatry, P.C. has leased approximately 1,686 +/- square feet located at 2033 Wood Street, downtown Sarasota from Eastwood Associates, LLP the Landlord.  They intend to use the space as a psychiatric office.  Linda Emery and Bruce Dilges with SVN Commercial Advisory Group have the exclusive listing to lease the Wood Street office complex across from the new Publix shopping center, and Linda Emery worked with the Tenant as well.

Right Accord Private Duty Home Health Care, LLC has leased 1,975 +/- square feet located at 4071 Bee Ridge Road from the Landlord; Empire Building Ventures, LLC.  They intend to use the space as an office for their Home Health Care business.  Linda Emery with the SVN Commercial Advisory Group’s downtown Sarasota office handled the transaction.

StrongHealth Network, PLLC has recently leased 790 +/- square feet of medical space located at 1219 East Avenue, Suite 103, Sarasota from the Landlord; Swinging Birch, LLC.  Linda Emery with SVN Commercial Advisory Group handled the transaction. Emery represents several units in this medical complex located directly behind Midtown Plaza at East Avenue and Bahia Vista Street.

Mark Ramaeker, the Landlord, has recently leased a 1,931 +/- square foot freestanding office building located at 741 S. Orange Avenue to his new Tenant; Nutter Custom Construction for their professional office location.  Linda Emery with SVN Commercial Advisory Group handled the transaction.
