Sarasota Herald Tribune Inside Real Estate – March 2012 – 

1) Square One Johnson Hill, Inc., a Texas Corporation has recently leased 2,324 +/- square feet of retail space located at 127 South Pineapple Avenue in downtown Sarasota from the owner; 127 Pineapple, LLC.  They intend to use the space as an interior design showroom called “Vintage Modern”. They will be selling a variety of revived vintage furniture pieces as well as mid-century modern items and a line of original furniture produced here in the United States called Square One Furniture.  Patrick McNally with Ascendia Real Estate represented the Tenant, and Gail Bowden with SVN Commercial Advisory Group represented the Landlord.

2) N.V.P. Law, P.A., The Law office of Erika Valcarcel, P.A. and Pope Financial Planning, LLC has recently leased 1,139 +/- square feet of professional office space located at 2170 Main Street, Suite 204 from Finergy Main Street, LLC, the Landlord.  Eric Massey with Michael Saunders Real Estate represented the Landlord and Brad Lindberg, Senior Advisor with SVN Commercial Advisory Group represented the Tenant.

3) Aesthetic Arts Institute, LLC has recently leased approximately 3,000 square feet, the entire second floor, of 2163 Main Street in downtown Sarasota from the Landlord; Audobon, LLC.  Aesthetic Arts intends to open a medical spa and treatment center. Linda Emery, a Senior Advisor and Leasing Specialist with the SVN Commercial Advisory Group’s downtown Sarasota office, handled the transaction.
