The SVN Commercial Advisory Group reported several recent transactions:

sperry2Becca Properties LLC paid $900,000 for a 6,250-square-foot commercial building at 8700 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, The sellers were Michael and Evelyn Lombardo. The building will be home to AutoXotic, a new exotic car rental business. Brad Lindberg and Larry Starr handled the transaction.

Timeco Systems Inc. recently leased 4,050 square feet of office space at 1401 Manatee Ave. W., Suite 1010, in the Bradenton Financial Center. Angela Varga and Debra Cooper handled the transaction.

Gregoire Family Insurance Inc. has leased 1,200 square feet in the Grand Oaks Plaza, 992 S. Tamiami Trail, Suite E2, Port Charlotte. Linda Emery handled the transaction.

Bayside Pet Resort of Osprey Inc. bought a 3.9-acre vacant parcel at 718 S. Tamiami Trail, Osprey, from Sabal Palm Bank. Lois Seropian with Coldwell Banker Real Estate represented the buyer, while Gail Bowden and Brad Lindberg of SVN represented the seller.

Europanache LLC leased 1,043 square feet of office space at 47 S. Palm Ave., Suite 301, Sarasota. Emery handled the transaction.

 

 

Winder Manual Therapy & Chiropractic P.A leased 1,462 square feet of office space at 3131 S. Tamiami Trail, Suite 102, Sarasota. Emery handled the transaction.
