In fact SVN  is currently negotiating over 100,000 square feet of lease space transactions during the month of July.

Some of the lease deals completed by the company’s agents include:

Ross Built LLC  leased 1,200 square feet of office space at 509 Pine Avenue, Suite C, on Anna Maria Island. Angela Varga with the downtown Bradenton office of SVN Commercial Group handled the transaction.


Crawford Williams Engineering Inc. 
 leased 1,718  square feet of office space at 6981 Professional Parkway, Suite J, in Lakewood Ranch. Linda Emery with the downtown Sarasota office of SVN Commercial Advisory Group handled the transaction.

C4U Technologies Inc leased a 3,845-squar- foot retail suite at 6127 26th Street West in Bradenton. Angela Varga and Tony Veldkamp, CCIM with the SVN Commercial Advisory Group handled the transaction.

Comprehensive Pain Center of Sarasota Inc leased a 4,459-square-foot medical office at 2401 University Parkway in Sarasota. Linda Emery, a leasing specialist, with the SVN Commercial Advisory Group handled the transaction.

Carlson Meissner  Hart and Hayslett  PA leased 2,500 square feet of office space at 714 Manatee Avenue East, Suite C, in Bradenton. Eric Wickman with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT represented the Landlord while Angela Varga with SVN Commercial Advisory Group represented the Tenant.

The Vertex Companies Inc leased 2,136 square feet of office space in the Bradenton Financial Center at 1401 Manatee Avenue West, Suite 320 in Bradenton. Debra Cooper and Angela Varga with the downtown Bradenton office of SVN Commercial Advisory Group handled the transaction and are the exclusive leasing agents at the Bradenton Financial Center.

Stephen Zavada DBA Pop-Pop’s Toy Shop leased a 2,673 square foot retail space at 5650 Swift Road in Sarasota. Brad Lindberg with the downtown Sarasota office of SVN Commercial Advisory Group handled the transaction.
