Industrial Blvd, LLC has closed on the purchase of a 90,000 +/- square-foot mixed-use industrial building, located at 2210 – 2230 Industrial Boulevard for $3.315 million. Mike Migone, CCIM, senior investment advisor for SVN Commercial Advisory Group in Sarasota, coordinated the transaction.
The property is an industrial building combined with several warehouses. It comprised various tenants, including Drum Circle Distilling, AVS Solutions, Resource 1, Valin Tech and Dreamscreens. The buyer purchased with the intent to enhance and update the property, providing value to current and future tenants.
