The SVN Commercial Advisory Group (SVN CAG), with 14 agents in two offices, downtown Sarasota and downtown Bradenton, are pleased to announce that at the end of July 2013, they have already exceeded their sales volume for all of 2012.
“2012 was a great year for us” says Tony Veldkamp, CCIM the Managing Director and a Senior Commercial Advisor himself. “We had a tremendous year in 2012 and had a total sales volume of $47.5 Million. I believe that was the highest volume for any commercial real estate office or division in our area.” Based on the sales numbers that were published from area real estate companies in Manatee, Sarasota & Charlotte Counties, it would appear that SVN Commercial Advisory Group had the highest sales volume for 2012.
So far year-to-date through July 2013, SVN CAG has already had a total sales volume of $50.7 Million. They expect their production to eclipse their 2012 figures, and all other area firms in 2013. “We are very pleased with the amount of volume and quality deals that our commercial real estate advisors have produced”, says Veldkamp. “We have a very strong and experienced team with significant coverage and reach throughout Southwest Florida. We have advisors who specialize in office, industrial, multi-family, land and net leased investments, and have gone from Orlando to Naples to do deals.
