Clint Conway with the downtown Sarasota office of SVN Commercial Advisory Group had two recent closings of fast food restaurants.
Each sold under very different scenarios. A Ft. Myers Taco Bell/Long John Silver’s restaurant sold based on its income stream with a triple net lease in place, while a vacant former KFC restaurant in Sarasota sold for much less as a redevelopment opportunity.
Stephanie Jackson bought the 2,800- square-foot Taco Bell/Long John Silver’s restaurant located at 8389 Dani Drive in Ft. Myers, Florida from Tromble Land Company LLC for $2.5 Million.
Venti Holdings, LLC purchased the 2,800-square-foot former KFC restaurant located at 5825 Derek Avenue in Sarasota from JRN Inc for $899,000.
The building sits on Clark Road, just west of McIntosh Road. The new owner plans to remodel the building and turn it into a Starbucks Coffee Shop with a drive thru.
