Bowden’s buyer, who wanted to complete a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange from a property he sold in Pennsylvania, liked the investment opportunity in the City Centre building which was listed for sale by another SVN Advisor, Miguel de Arcos with SVN Florida.  “The SVN national network of commercial real estate advisors really helps us locate great opportunities for our buyers and sellers to transact properties” says Bowden.
